CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health) (WMU University Libraries)
Indexes over 1,000 journals in nursing and related fields with abstracts from 1986 to the present and indexing from 1982 to the present. Updated weekly.

ComAbstracts (WMU University Libraries)
Selectively indexes and abstracts articles from over 60 primary communications journals. Coverage varies from journal to journal.

ComDis Dome (Communications Sciences and Disorders Dome) (WMU University Libraries)
The ComDis Dome is an index for speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and students. It includes articles, books, dissertations, grants, Web resources, scholars and institutions pertinent to your profession. You must search our local library catalog to find the books or articles, or use the link from the Dome to purchase them. An animated tutorial is available on the site.
The Dome offers features not found in typical research databases, including:
* Save and share - annotate and share results with others
* Authors' Database - detailed author profiles with contact information and linked publication records
* Exporting - into management software such as Endnote and Procter.

Education Abstracts (WMU University Libraries)
Indexes more than 550 English-language periodicals in education. Coverage: 1983 to the present, abstracts from 1994. Updated monthly.

ERIC (WMU University Libraries)
The Educational Resources Information Center indexes and abstracts over 2,000 journals and more than 450,000 reports in education and related fields. The documents are on microfiche in the Education Library. Covers 1966-present. Updated monthly.
This is the FirstSearch version, also available from CSA and from the US government.

Health and Psychosocial Instruments (WMU University Libraries)
Indexes a wide variety of publications devoted to evaluation and measurement tools for health and psychosocial studies for practitioners, educators, researchers, and students. Coverage: 1985-present. Updated quarterly.

Linguistics and Language Behavior Abstracts (WMU University Libraries)
Indexes and abstracts all aspects of language study including linguistics, phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax and semantics. Some of the physical and medical aspects of language are also included, such as speech pathology. About 1,500 English and foreign language sources are indexed. Coverage: 1973-present. The major index to medical research, from clinical medicine to cellular and biomolecular biology. Produced by the US National Library of Medicine. One of many versions of this database. Coverage: 1965 - present. Updated daily.

OVID Nursing Collection
Indexes hundreds of nursing journals and provides full text access to over forty of these journals. Searches can be limited just to full text or review articles. Updated daily.

OT Assessments

ETS Test Link
The ETS Test Collection includes an extensive library of 20,000 tests and other measurement devices from the early 1900s to the present. Provides an index to the microfiche collection available in the Education Library. Further information is often available on the Web.

Tests and Measures in the Social Sciences: Tests Available in Compilation Volumes.
A collection of 105 book titles that include test instruments in various areas of the social sciences. The entry for each title indicates how many titles are included and is linked to a list of the test titles. The site allows you to search for the test title in the 105 books listed as well as by searching Google. It also provides a keyword index to authors and titles. In addition a link to The Medical Algorithm Project is provided.
