Computers connecting to ResNet are scanned first to assure they have an approved anti-virus product installed and are current with service patches and updates. If you are unable to connect your computer, note the error message you receive. See below for resolving the problem. If you are unable to resolve the problem, call the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.
