Clearing Cache and Cookies

Windows

Macintosh

Chrome (Windows)

  1. Click the Customize and control Google Chrome menu. (the three horizontal bars in the upper-right corner)
  2. Under the Tools menu, select Clear browsing data...
  3. Check the boxes for Empty the cache and Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data.
  4. In the Obliterate the following items drop-down, select the beginning of time.
  5. Click Clear Browsing Data.

Firefox (Windows)

  1. Click the Firefox menu in the left hand corner of the window.
  2. Hover over History and select Clear Recent History.
  3. Set the time range to clear to Everything
  4. Click the Details button and ensure that Cookies, Cache and Active Logins are checked.
  5. Click Clear Now.

Internet Explorer (Windows)

  1. Click the Safety menu.
  2. Select Delete Browsing History.
  3. Uncheck the Preserve favorites website data box.
  4. Select Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
  5. Click Delete

Chrome (Macintosh)

  5. Click Clear Browsing Data.

Firefox (Macintosh)

  1. Select the Tools menu.
  2. Select Clear Recent History.
  3. From the Time range to clear drop-down menu, select Everything.
  4. Click the down arrow next to Details to ensure Cookies, Cache and Active Logins are checked.
  5. Click Clear Now.

Safari (Macintosh)

  1. From the Safari menu, select Preferences.
  2. Click the Privacy tab
  3. Click the Remove All Website Data... button.
  4. Click Remove Now.
