Thank you for visiting Western Michigan University’s Suicide Prevention Program website and reviewing our privacy policy and terms of use. This website was made possible through funding received from Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Department of Health and Human Services, under the Garrett Lee Smith Memorial Act (2004). Information Collected and Stored Automatically

Western Michigan University Suicide Prevention Program is required, as a recipient of SAMHSA’s Garrett Lee Smith Memorial Act (2004) Campus Suicide Prevention Grant, to provide aggregate data as part of a Cross-site Evaluation on all program activities.
