Programming a Phone Card on a Single-Line Plus Phone

Note: your actual phone may not be identical to that shown, however your buttons should be similarly labeled.

  1. Lift handset.

  2. Press and release the STORE button (1).

  3. Dial 9, followed by the phone card's 1-800 number.

  4. Press and release the desired memory location button (2).

  5. Hang up or depress the FLASH button (3).

  6. Lift handset.

  7. Press and release the STORE button.

  8. Dial the (generally) 12-digit phone card PIN number.

  9. Press and release the desired memory location button.

  10. Hang up.

Using the stored numbers

  1. Lift handset.

  2. Press the memory location button you used to store the card's 1-800 number.

  3. When requested to enter the PIN number, press the memory location button where that was stored.

  4. When requested, dial the long distance number you are calling, beginning with the area code.
