Human Resources Development

Master of Arts (MA)

The M.A. in Human Resources Development is for individuals interested in workplace learning and performance careers. Potential students typically seek professional positions in the interdisciplinary field of human resources development, which includes practice in such areas as training and development, performance technology, instructional design and technology, and organization development. The program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to effectively contribute to improving the value and impact of HRD products and services in a diverse group of organizations.
