Western Michigan University's Master of Arts (MA) in Educational Leadership prepares leaders for roles in educational organizations including K-12 schools, higher education, governmental agencies and professional associations. The graduate curriculum is based on a "Performance Driven Leadership" (PDL) model.

Specializations in K-12 School Principal Leadership and K-12 Teacher Leadership are available at WMU regional locations.
