Computer Lab Policies

Current WMU students and faculty may gain access to a lab computer by logging in with their Bronco NetID and password.

Computer technicians are generally not available at the Grand Rapids Centers.  Some computer related questions may be answered by Main Information Desk staff, but most software application questions are directed to the OIT HelpDesk.

Faculty scheduled in other classrooms, but who need to include occasional computer lab experience during regular class time must reserve computer lab time in advance through the center’s staff.
