The current Graduate Faculty Status Policy as Modified by the Faculty Senate in October, 2004:
MOA – 04/08: Approved as amended, at 10/7/04 Faculty Senate. Approved by the Provost on 11/10/04.
University faculty Members and Associate Members can now use the same form. The Graduate Faculty Nomination Form must be completed in its entirety for proper review. Click here for form field definitions and explanations
Routing of Forms
After the form is completed in the department/unit they are reviewed by the Dean of the College and then forwarded with recommendation to the Dean of The Graduate College for action.
