Department of Geography

The Geography Club is an undergraduate club of geography students at WMU. It promotes and raises geography awareness on campus. The club meets regularly to discuss issues of mutual interests to geography students and plan activities. It organizes trips to places of geographic interests. It sponsors the National Geography Awareness Week.

Geography students who meet certain academic requirements can become members of GTU, an international honor society in geography. GTU members are eligible to apply for GTU scholarships. They can also network with other geography students and participate in several other GTU activities.
