
The spring orientation program is a half-day session designed to introduce new students who, beginning in January, are new to Western Michigan University. The program includes presentations from departments that will help students make the transition to WMU's campus. Attendance at this event is not required, however, is open to all new freshman and transfer students. Parents are invited to attend.
Parking passes will be provided when you arrive to the Bernhard Center
$30 fee covers continental breakfast, lunch and all materials

***Academic advising and course registration is not an official part of this event, but advising offices will be accepting walk-in appointments in the afternoon..

The Donna St. John Leadership Award is presented to one Orientation Student Leader annually in recognition of outstanding leadership and stewardship during the Orientation program. The award is 100% peer initiated, chosen annually by the Orientation Student Leader staff.
