Orientation checklist
There are a few things that you need to do between now and when you arrive in June:
1 Find out what you will learn at orientation
2 Review the program schedule
3 Pick an orientation session
- 14 orientation sessions from June 2 to 27
4 Register for your orientation session
- If you are a parent or guest, reserve your hotel accommodations
5 Review placement information
6 Complete your math placement test
7 Get driving directions to WMU's main campus in Kalamazoo, MI
8 Find out where to park
9 Pack your overnight bag
10 Get to orientation on time
- Plan to arrive on campus between 10 a.m. and noon. for residence hall check-in.
- Orientation Welcome starts in the Bernhard Center at 12:30 p.m.
11 Have fun attending orientation
12 Departure: your session will conclude the following day by noon.
13 Whew! You made it. Count the days till Fall starts!
- Classes begin Thursday, Sept. 2 at 8 a.m.
