Orientation is the first step in an amazing journey. By attending your orientation program, you will gain a comprehensive experience which will help you to learn more about Western Michigan University and the resources that can help you to succeed academically, meet new friends, and learn about campus life (because, after all, life is not just about studying and homework).
Parents will be able to better understand the University environment and services, enhance parental awareness of issues facing college students, and learn about opportunities to support and interact with their son and daughters while attending college.
Read more about WMU's Orientation Program. You may also want to visit the Parent and Family Programs Web site for more information just for parents of WMU students.
