What to bring with you to Fall Welcome

The Office of Residence Life has compiled a valuable list of items that you should bring with you while living within the residence halls. A full list is available as a printable document , the top ten items you should bring are:

1. Telephone
2. Pre-paid calling card for long-distance service
3. Computer - students who made arrangements for ResNet via the Web should bring their assigned account number with them
4. Pillow
5. Blanket
6. Sheets
7. Towels
8. Hangers
9. Clothes for all weather
10. Alarm clock

Coordinate with your roommate on items people tend to share like refrigerators, TVs, VCR/DVD, stereo and microwaves. All belongings must meet residence hall policies. This is an excellent opportunity to move completely into your residence hall. Don't forget to bring your new Bronco ID card!

If you forgot something at home

On Thursday, Aug. 28 you will be able to participate in Meijer Mania - the perfect time to pick up those final items for your room. Hop on a bus immediately following Jud Laipply, outside of Miller Auditorium. All subsequent busses will load in front of the Bernhard Center. You won’t want to miss this great night, packed full with special deals, food, games, and giveaways!
