Permanent residence hall assignment
If living on campus, you will move into your residence hall room to which you are assigned for the fall semester.
Commuter students
Commuter students participating in these programs, please check-in at 4 p.m. for both days. The check-in location is to be determined. Please check back here in May for more information.
Monday, August 25
Move-in for students participating in Lee Honors College, Leadership Track, First Year Seminar, MLK program, ROTC, Engineering College Transition Program (CTP), Kalamazoo Promise, Seita scholarship recipients, Trio SSP, and Final Freshmen Orientation ONLY
- 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Move-in for Garneau, Eicher, Ackley, Hadley, Harrison/Stinson, Draper/Siedschlag, Henry Halls - 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Move-in for Harvey, Lefevre, Britton, Shilling, Burnhams, Bigelow, Hoekje, Davis, Zimmerman, and French
Tuesday, August 26
Move-in for general Fall Welcome participants and transfer students
- 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

- Due to the amount of traffic on move-in days, it is extremely important that you follow the scheduled days and times for your residence hall.
- It is very important that you remember to bring your Bronco ID card to check-in.
