Because you will have the opportunity to...

1. Get comfortable in your new home before classes start.
2. Attend the Matriculation Ceremony.
3. Learn about Registered Student Organizations (RSO's) and how to get involved.
4. Connect with an academic advisor and other members of your academic college.
5. Connect with an upper class student leader, your Fall Welcome Ambassador.
6. Learn from nationally recognized, FUN speakers, including Curtis Zimmerman.
7. Be a part of Click Downtown.
8. Participate in the annual 3k run/walk, Buster's Moonlight Stampede (3K fun run/walk) – one of the biggest social events at Fall Welcome!
9. Be eligible for fantastic prize drawings at the end of the week including a mountain bike, computer, and partial tuition for a semester.
10. Move into your residence hall room three days early.
11. Learn about important resources on campus to help you succeed during your first year.
12. Have fun at late night social activities.
13. Hang out at the Student Recreation Center.
