2007-08 Highlights

• Gifts, pledges and deferred commitments totaled $30,812,683, a 38 percent increase over last fiscal year
• Cost to raise a dollar was 12.7 cents
• The WMU Annual Fund generated over $1.7 million, its highest amount ever
• The Mike Gary Athletic Fund secured total commitments of more than $1 million for the first time
• 21,816 total donors made gifts to WMU
• The online credit card program exceeded $100,000 in income for the first time
• The President’s Circle donor recognition society increased its membership by 12 percent (178 new members)
