Jerrold Coakley

Jerrold Coakley has over 20 years of human resources experience at several multibillion-dollar companies.  During his tenure as a human resources leader, he has led numerous talent searches and talent review and succession planning meetings to identify top talent.  

A sought-after speaker, Coakley creatively illustrates how to bring strategic and actionable insights into complex, real-world business challenges. He now lends his expertise to business leaders by leading them to build and maintain the optimal culture to deliver desired results. He is also the author of the book, “The Call of the Question Method,” which details how to identify problem-solving top talent when conducting job interviews.

Coakley earned a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from Liberty University.
