Dr. Onur Arugaslan's primary teaching interests are in the areas of personal financial planning, corporate finance, financial strategy and international finance. His research includes the separation of cash flow rights and voting rights, the endogeneity of liquidity, the risk-adjusted performance of American Depository Receipts and the market reaction to the acquisitions by unified dual class firms. Arugaslan has published articles in the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Corporate Finance, Managerial Finance, the Journal of Global Business, Management Research News, International Journal of Banking and Finance, International Journal of Commerce and Management, International Journal of Management Theory and Practice, Business Quest, The Business Review, Cambridge, and Lahore Journal of Economics. His research received the Best Paper Award at the 2006 Association for Global Business Conference and a Highly Commended Paper Award at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2008. Arugaslan holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey.
