WMU’s Reserve Officer Training Corps’ (ROTC) Scholarship Program

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2.5 grade point average
  • 19 ACT / 920 SAT
  • Age under 27 at graduation
  • Pass medical exam
  • Pass physical fitness test
  • No civil convictions or arrests
  • Able and willing to serve in the Active Army, Army Reserve, or National Guard as an officer

Awards

Offers two, three, and four-year scholarships for men and women that  pays tuition and educational fees up to $16,000 a year, a $450 annual book allowance, and $200 a month ($2,000 per year) while taking Military Science classes.

In addition, WMU awards its four-year ROTC scholarship recipients at least $3,500 per year, three-year recipients at least $2,500 per year, and two-year scholarship winners at least  $2,000 per year.
