Awards of $10,100 for two semesters. Doctoral level resident and non-resident students receive full tuition remission up to 18 hours, a value of $4,784.40 or $10,782 respectively. Master's level resident and non-resident students receive partial tuition remission of $2,137 or $4,816 respectively.

Qualified students must be enrolled full-time (at least six credit hours per semester) in the Master of Public Administration program and have at least a 3.0 grade point average in program coursework. They also must have at least one semester to complete prior to graduation.
Priority is given to students with an excellent academic record; whose career objectives will enhance the capacity of public, nonprofit, or health care organizations to carry out their missions; and who are not receiving financial aid from other sources.
If students are receiving aid from employers or other sources, the combination of financial assistance cannot exceed tuition and fees.
