- This award is given to one male and female HRM student.
- Junior or Senior status
- Based solely on academic performance
- Demonstrate scholarship, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Plan a career as human resources manager

- Management majors preferred, although consideration will be given to others who have excelled in management as a minor or through involvement in student clubs
