Tuition/Fees and Residence Hall Invoice

Tuition/Fees and Residence Hall Invoice is mailed to you if you are registered for classes approximately one month prior to the start of each semester. This invoice will list your class schedule for the semester, the tuition and fees, residence hall charges, and financial aid awards. Financial aid awards will show if you have accepted your award amounts, submitted all requested additional documentation, and completed all required loan steps. The billing is due by the first day of classes for the semester. It should be retained for your records and for tax purposes. If you are not registered for classes as of this billing, you will not be mailed the invoice. Once you have registered, you may access your schedule on the web (using your Bronco NetID) After the middle of each month, you can also access your latest monthly statement of account on the GOWMU Portal by linking to the Payment & Account Information channel.

Monthly Statement of Account

Monthly statement of accounts are available only on the website and the most recent statement is updated after the 15th of each month. The monthly statement will be available if financial activity (charges or payments) has occurred within the previous month or an outstanding amount is due. Monthly statements are due by the 30th of each month and any charge not paid within 30 days of the statement due date, will be assessed a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually). The University reserves the right to alter this policy as deemed appropriate. Any change will apply to all charges on the student's account, both new and outstanding.

The monthly statement should be printed and kept for your records, for tuition reimbursement documentation, and for tax purposes. As new statements are added, the previous monthly statements can also be viewed online. Students can designate others as "authorized users" who can view account information and make payments. These authorized users, often parents or family, will be notified by e-mail that they can access the system and will receive monthly e-mails when statements are available. Authorized users will access information at a web address, not in the GoWMU portal.

The statement:

  • Is available only on the web
  • Includes all current charges due such as tuition, fees, residence hall charges, university apartment rent, health center charges, lost library book fee. Does not include parking violations or library fines.
  • Includes financial aid payments and charges processed since the last statement
