• Please include maintenance criteria, if any (enrollment, renewability guidelines, etc.)

• Please make the check payable to Western Michigan University

• Please print recipients social security number on the check

• Unless instructed otherwise, funds will be split between the fall and spring terms

• Funds less than $500 will be disbursed in their entirety within the term they are received.

• Scholarship checks are disbursed to the student's account 10 days prior to the beginning of the term. If the student fails to enroll the funds will be returned in their entirety.

• Checks sent to the financial aid office after the start of the semester will be disbursed to the student's account within 48 hours of receipt of the check.
