2008 Edition Guests
This year, the Festival is proud to welcome Arnold Antonin and Maryanne Zéhil as our guests directors. Maryanne Zéhil will present her movie From My Window, Without a Home Friday March 14th at 7pm and Arnold Antonin will present his movie Does The President Have AIDS? Saturday, 15th, at 7pm.
Maryanne Zéhil will present her film Friday, March 14 at 7pm. Maryanne Zéhil made her first short film in 2004, one that involved people who have never previously been before the cameras. From My Window, Without a Home is her first feature film and was presented at the closing of the Rendez-vous du cinéma québécois in 2006.
Arnold Antonin will present his film Saturday, March 15 at 7pm. Arnold Antonin has produced and directed over 22 films, mostly documentaries, and is a professor at the École Nationale des Arts of Haiti. Does The President Have AIDS? won the Paul Robeson award for best film of the African Diaspora at Fespaco 2007.
