
Serves as the advising group to the Faculty Senate and the Associate Provost for EUP on all aspects of EUP and online education.
Reviews and approves courses for general education credit received from college curriculum committees and deans and forwards its recommendations to the administration.
Plans and facilitates the annual Faculty Retirement Recognition Dinner.
Reviews the acquisitions budget and process, evaluates circulation policies, facilitates communication between the university libraries and the faculty, and conducts studies as directed by the Senate Executive Board.
In addition to annual charges it may receive from the Faculty Senate Executive Board, the Professional Concerns Committee acts as the oversight committee for reviewing and monitoring all University policies and procedures dealing with academic conduct, including academic dishonesty, grade appeal and program dismissal issues.
Reviews transfer policies and procedures.
