Teaching Millennial Students Institute

 

The Teaching Millennial Students Institute is a series that focuses on equipping adjunct faculty, full-time faculty, and graduate instructors with redesigning a course to better engage Millennial learners. Through this series participants will develop a deeper understanding of student motivation to learn. Participants will also learn to integrate techniques that promote critical thinking in their courses. Participants will also discover ways to incorporate active learning strategies.

Participants will implement their new ideas about Millennial learners in a focus course of their choice.

The Millennial Institute will meet during spring and summer, 2012.
