At this time, we are especially interested in checklists that focus on evaluation methods. All submissions, however, are welcome and will be considered.

The Evaluation Checklists Web Site provides evaluation specialists and users with refereed checklists for designing, budgeting, contracting, staffing, managing, and assessing evaluations of programs, personnel, students, and other evaluands; collecting, analyzing, and reporting evaluation information; and determining merit, worth, and significance.

When submitting a checklist, please follow these guidelines:

  • All checklists should be e-mailed to .
  • Checklists should be prepared and submitted in Word or WordPerfect.
  • In the body of the email message accompanying the submission, include your name, institutional affiliation, mailing address, fax, phone number, and preferred e-mail address, if different that the one you are sending from.
  • If the checklist has references, use APA reference style.
  • Provide a brief introduction to the checklist, orienting users to the purpose and orientation of the checklist.

All reviews are blind--neither reviewer nor author will be identified during the review process. Three reviewers will independently review each submitted checklist.
