Lori Wingate and Daniela Schroeter will share highlights from their day-long workshop on this topic, addressing issues such as how to

  • align evaluation questions with program purpose and information needs
  • articulate questions that are evaluative, unambiguous, important, and answerable
  • use logic logic models to ensure alignment between program design, evaluation questions, and indicators
  • assess and improve preexisting evaluation questions
