Craig and Karen are co-founders of the Evaluation Capacity Development Group (ECDG). Karen is President and Craig is Board Chair. Information about ECDG can be found at www.ecdg.net. Craig is a former staff member of the Evaluation Center and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. He is currently a Senior Evaluation Officer at the International Labour Organization. |
