  • 1100: Literary Interpretation (4) (Prerequisite: grade of B in ENGL 1050, or equivalent)

II. Literature courses (9 credits)

    Three courses chosen from among the following:

  • 3200: American Literature I (3)
  • 3210: American Literature II (3)
  • 3300: British Literature I (3)
  • 3310: British Literature II (3)

III. Elective courses (8 or more credits)

At least two additional English Department courses, one of which must be at the 3000 or 4000 level. The following courses cannot be used for this purpose: 1000, 1050, 1070, 1110, 1120, 3070, 3110, or 4800.
