Congratulations to Lacey Nicole Johnson, the 2012 recipient of the Excellence in Rhetoric and Writing Studies Award, an award that recognizes exemplary work ethic and outstanding work in Rhetoric and Writing Studies.

The award was announced at the English Department’s 2012 Award Ceremony.

Staci Perryman-Clark elected to CCCC Executive Committee

Congratulations to Staci Perryman-Clark, who was recently elected to the Executive Committee of the Conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC). Established in 1949, the CCCC is the nation’s flagship organization for the study and teaching of college composition.

Perryman-Clark will serve a three-year term.
