Graduation Auditing

In order to graduate, a student must have fulfilled all of the requirements of his/her graduate program and must have gone through the graduation auditing process listed below.

During the semester prior to a student’s anticipated graduation date, the student should meet with the Graduate Director to finalize his/her Permanent Program.  At this point, the Graduate Director will forward the Permanent Program to the Registrar’s Office, and the student will need to make a formal request for Graduation Audit by these dates:

There is a $45.00 fee to process your Graduation Audit.

Graduate Audit Forms can be downloaded at http://www.wmich.edu/registrar/pdf/forms/gradaudit.pdf or can be picked up on person at 2318 Friedmann Hall.

The student can turn in the form and his/her fee at Customer Account Services, 1270 Seibert Administration Building.
