WMU LSAMP Events, 2008-09
Attached below are photos including students who participated in the MI-LSAMP program for July 2008 and students that participated in the College Transition Program August of 2008. The pictures included show the many activities that the students took part in. The activities include a group trip to Michigan’s Adventure, Pretty Lake Adventure Centre, and the MI-LSAMP Research Day at Wayne State University, January 2009.
The attached presentations show some of things that the students learned during their time spent in the WMU LSAMP program for the summer of 2008. The students created these presentations after competing in a scavenger hunt around the campus and the city of Kalamazoo. The students learned their way around the college early and they found it to be a highly beneficial experience.
