Custer Workplace Lecture Series

 

How does an engineer work in a global environment? How do you become a leader in your field, and how can a student prepare to turn that leadership into a rising career? the Custer Workplace Lecture Series brings in the leaders of the top engineering organizations in the nation to discuss how to become a leader.

Monday, October 6 from 4:30 to 5:20 p.m. in D-109, David Rinard, Director of lobal Environmental Performance, Steelcase Inc., will give a talk on Sustainable Design.

Wednesday, October 8 from 4:30 to 5:20 p.m. in D-109, Dr. William Wulf, former President of the National Academy of Engineering, will give a talk on Responsible Citizenship in a Technological Democracy.
