Adding the Student Orientation Learning Module to Your Course

 

Step 1: Download the orientation module to your hard drive

Download learning module (you will be prompted for your Bronco Netid and password)

Step 2: Go to your WebCT Vista MyWebCT page and click on the link to your course section.

If the Assign Course Content page is displayed click on the radio button next to Import content from file, then click the Continue button. At the next screen, click on the MyComputer icon. Browse for the file downloaded in Step 1 and open it.

If you see your course home page, click on the Manage Course link under Designer or Instructor Tools. Click the import link. From the next screen, click on the MyComputer icon. Browse for the file downloaded in Step 1 and open it.

Step 3: If you do not see a link to the student orientation on your course home page, then add one

  • From the Build tab, click on the Add Content Link button
  • From the drop donw list, click on Learning Module
  • Click on Student Orientation
  • Click on the Add Selected button

The student orientation will add a self-test to your course.
