End of Term Tasks

At the end of the semester, you need do some simple administrative tasks to preserve your course data.

• Download the grade book
• Make a template of your course (course level access required)

Keeping a record of discussion activities, student tracking, and chat room activity is useful if class communications counted as part of a student's grade.

• Compile and download e-mail and discussion entries
• Student tracking reports
• Download chat room logs
