Adding Teaching Assistants and Others to Your Course
Registered Students
Students who add your course will be added automatically to your student list. Students who drop your course may remain in the grade book but will have a little red icon next to their name. These students do NOT have access to your course.
TA's or other students not registered for the course
To add a TA or a student who needs to complete an incomplete to your course (or any other person who is not registered for the course):
- Go to your E-learning Course
- Click on the Teach Tab
- On the left, under Instructor Tools, click on Grade Book
- Click the "Enroll Members" button
- Enter the Bronco NetID of the student or TA (e.g. t2smith3)
- Click the box next to the Role (student, TA, auditor, etc)
- Click the Enroll button
- Click the Save button
If you do not see the option to add someone as a student, you can do so from the Administration tab.
