Brooks Applegate is a Professor of Evaluation, Measurement and Research in the Educational Leadership, Research and Technology Department, College of Education and Human Development at Western Michigan University. He earned his Ph.D. in Applied Statistics, Measurement & Evaluation at Texas A&M University and has an M.A. from Morehead State University and a B.S. degree from University of Wyoming. Dr. Applegate teaches many EMR courses which include courses in measurement, program evaluation, statistical analysis, quantitative research methods, and survey research. His area of research focuses on the applications of applied quantitative and measurement methods to inform educational, social and health science problems.
