Registration Help

Directions for Registering for:
FCS 4660 Institutional Management
FCS 4680 Advanced and Experimental Foods
FCS 4670 Professional Issues in Dietetics

To be added to the above two courses, fill out a purple Registration Request Form available from the door pocket of Dr. Rojhani’s Office door. Attach a student copy of your transcript(s).  Please note that your transcripts should show evidence of successful completion (grade of “C” or better) of course prerequisites for FCS 4660 (FCS 2600, FCS 3680), FCS 4680 (FCS 1650, FCS 2600, FCS 3650, and CHEM 3700/3710), and FCS 4670 (PHIL 3340, FCS 3600, and FCS 3650).

Please note that if you are following the OLD Dietetics Curriculum (admitted prior to Fall 2010), the required prerequisites for the above two courses are FCS 1650 and FCS 2600.

Please put the completed Registration Request Form along with attached transcripts in the door pocket of room 3220 Kohrman Hall, Dr. Rojhani’s office.

If everything looks good, we will register you for the above three courses by Friday, March 30.

Directions for Registering for:
FCS 4600 / FCS 4630 Medical Nutrition Therapy I and Lab

The above two courses are only intended for those who plan to graduate during spring or summer 2013.

To be added to the above courses, you need to show evidence of successful completion (grade of “C” or better) of course prerequisites BIOS 2400 Physiology and CHEM 3700/3710 Intro to Organic Chemistry and lab.

If you have already successfully completed the above two prerequisites, you can Fill out the purple Registration Request Form available from the door pocket of Dr. Webber’s Office door. Attach a student copy of your transcript(s). Your transcripts should show evidence of graduating during Spring or Summer 2013 based on number of credits completed towards degree requirements.  Please put the completed Registration Request Form with transcripts attached in the door pocket of room 3216 Kohrman Hall, Dr. Webber’s office. If everything looks good, we will register you for the above two courses by March 30.

If you are in the process of completing BIOS 2400 and CHEM 3700/3710 during the current semester or intend to complete these prerequisites during summer, please wait until grades for these courses appear on your transcripts.  Then complete the Registration Request Form and attach your transcripts to the completed form.  You can then either physically leave the form with your transcripts attached in the door pocket of room 3216 Kohrman Hall, Dr. Webber’s office or mail your documents to:
