- Increase emphasis on graduate student recruitment and program

- Accelerate the infusion of technology and international/multicultural
dimensions across program areas.
- Improve the coordination and integration of on and off-campus
programs and faculty.
- Implement comprehensive and coordinated program evaluation strategies.
