Room and Board Details

The Residence Hall and Dining Advantage is available to all students who live on campus in a traditional residence hall.

• The first year a student submits a housing contract determines the room and board rates.
• Room and board rates are locked-in for up to four consecutive years.
• Any student living in a traditional residence hall will automatically be eligible.
• The advantage applies to traditional WMU residence halls:
