Fixed room and board rates
Details
- The Residence Hall and Dining Advantage begins with the 2007-08 academic year.
- Students must live on campus in a traditional residence hall to receive the benefit.
- The first year a student submits a housing contract determines the room and board rates.
- Room and board rates are locked-in for up to four consecutive years.
- Any student living in a traditional residence hall will automatically be eligible.
- All students who submitted a housing contract prior to 2007 will be eligible for 2007-08 rates.
- The advantage applies to traditional WMU residence halls:
- Ackley/Shilling
- Britton/Hadley
- Garneau/Harvey
- Eicher/LeFevre
- Harrison/Stinson
- Bigelow
- Henry
- Hoekje
- The Burnhams
- Draper/Siedschlag
- Davis
- French
- Zimmerman
