| We will occassionally highlight the activities of WMU Economics alumni. The current focus is on Michael Collis (M.A., 2002), an economist with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. He discusses the role that economists have within the Army Corps of Engineers, as well as how benefit-cost analysis was used in the creation of the New Orleans levee system. | |
