Valley III Dining Service

Located in Valley III

Valley III Dining Service offers a grill area, deli bar and salad bar. Breakfast includes, but is not limited to scrambled eggs, oatmeal, Belgian waffles, bagels, various breakfast meats and various cereals. Lunch and dinner offerings include popular options such as hamburgers, grilled cheese, Ope’s veggie burgers, French fries, deli sandwiches and a salad bar. Various novelty desserts are available.

Monday - Thursday Breakfast 7 a.m. - 10 a.m.
  Lunch 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  Dinner 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday Breakfast 7 a.m. - 10 a.m.
  Lunch 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  Dinner Closed


Choices include: scrambled eggs, Belgian waffles, oatmeal, breakfast meat, breakfast potato, bagels, English muffins, toast, and whole fruit

Cereal choices: Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Frosted Flakes, Granola, Lucky Charms, Reese’s Peanut Butter Puffs, Corn Chex, and Honey Nut Cheerios

Deli bar: create your own sandwich

Bread Choices: white tortilla, white bread, wheat bread, whole grain bread, oatmeal bread, hoagie roll, gluten-free tortilla, and gluten-free white bread

Meat Choices: smoked turkey breast, roasted turkey breast, ham, roast beef, and chicken salad

Cheese Choices: American, cheddar, natural Swiss, provolone, and pepper jack

Additional Toppings: hummus, shredded lettuce, sliced red onions, and sliced tomatoes

Condiments: honey mustard dressing, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, ancho chipotle sauce, and Bistro sauce

Lunch and dinner

Choices include: hamburgers, hot dogs, breaded chicken patty, grilled cheese, Ope’s veggie burger, French fries, and a soup option

Salad bar

Lettuce: Romaine or chopped mixed lettuce

Vegetables: broccoli, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, sliced mushrooms, and sliced red onions

Cheese: shredded Cheddar

Protein: sliced chicken, garbanzo beans, and edamame

Salad Dressings: ranch dressing, Italian dressing, honey mustard dressing, and fat-free Catalina dressing

Additional Toppings: bacon bits and croutons

Side Salads (note: salads are on a rotating schedule): pasta salad, cottage cheese, potato salad and fruit salad


Western Grounds Coffee, cappuccino/hot chocolate, milk (2%, skim, chocolate), juice (orange, apple, grape), Coke products, various tea, and soy milk (original and chocolate)
