2009 Bernhard Café Meal Equivalency

Available July 1 - August 14 only for Summer II meal plan customers

* NOTICE: Summer II meal plans will be served at Hoekje/Bigelow Dining Service June 24–June 30. Beginning July 1, meal plans will be served at Valley II Dining Service with a meal equivalency option at the Bernhard Café. Hoekje/Bigelow Dining Service will be CLOSED beginning July 1, 2009 due to a construction project to install air conditioning.

Bernhard Café meal equivalency

A meal plan equivalency option is available for Summer II meal plan students at the Bernhard Café during the Hoekje/Bigelow Summer II closure. The meal equivalency option means that you may use your meal plan during breakfast and lunch at the Bernhard Café. One meal equivalency is allowed per meal, per day.

How meal equivalency works:

Make your food choices and proceed to the cash register with your Bronco Card.
Tell the cashier you are using your meal plan equivalency, and have them scan your Bronco Card. If your bill is greater than the cash value of the meal, you may pay the difference using cash or Dining Dollars.
A cash refund is not given if your bill is less than the cash value.
