Fall and spring offerings include grilled panini sandwiches, homemade Little Caesars® pizza, Freshens® smoothies and soft pretzels, a daily soup, daily hot entrée, fresh salads, sandwiches, snack items, and Gourmet Salad Express. A full line of hot and cold beverages are available, including Starbucks® Coffee. Student meal plans will be honored at the Parkview Café.
Summer I and II session menus feature a lighter fare. Little Caesars® pizza, Grab-n-Go sandwiches, snacks, salads, Freshens® smoothies, and soft pretzels are served. A complete line of hot and cold beverages, including Starbucks® coffee, will also be available.
Parkview meal plan equivalency
Students at the College of Engineering have the option to use the meal plan equivalency at Parkview Café for meals normally eaten in residence hall dining rooms.
