Eggs cooked to order
Eggs to my order??
Eggs and omelets are prepared to your order Monday through Friday, 7 - 10:30 a.m. in all Dining Services locations (for real). Raw and sunnyside-up eggs are not available. Check the signs in the dining hall or ask a server where to place your order.
Hamburger and French fries
Hot off the grill:
Hot dogs, hamburgers, turkey burgers, and grilled cheese sandwiches are available fresh off the grill from noon to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Ask a member of the dining hall serving staff how to order grill items in your dining room.
Dining Services Menus
What are the menu choices?
Each dining room offers either gold or white menu selections. Check out the choices at the online menu system. Follow the gold menu for Davis and Valley I Dining, or the white menu for Burnham, Hoekje/Bigelow and Valley II Dining.

Specialty dining in each dining hall offers a whole other matter of choices.
I'm hungry and it's the weekend, what should I do?
Hoekje/Bigelow and Valley II Dining Services serve a full hot menu on Saturdays and Sundays. Continental breakfast and deli lunch are available at Valley I, Davis and Burnham Dining Services. Be sure to check out the fall hours to find out when we're open.
WeSustain Eco Mug
NEW Ecomug - What is it?
The EcoMug is an environmentally friendly alternative to disposable cups. Use your EcoMug instead of styrofoam for these Dining Services Carryout options:
  1. Breakfast Carryout
  2. Late-night Carryout
  3. Draper Carryout Express
The EcoMug is the only personal beverage container that can be used.
Quick guide to dining room service
  • Wash your hands before you come into the dining room, or use hand sanitizer at the door.

  • Get it right: Get a clean dish when going for another serving; dirty dishes do not go back in serving areas.

  • Stick with the plan: Use serving utensils provided for each food item.

  • Don’t put a random pea in the lasagna!  Be mindful of others; keep food and serving area shipshape!

We are glad to have you with us this year! Dining Services has a variety of food choices and locations for you to choose from, all at a terrific value. Be sure to visit all the Dining locations!

Sincerely,

Judy Gipper
