Served during breakfast (7 a.m. to 11 a.m.), lunch (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and dinner (4 to 7 p.m.). The special menu items are available at these Residence Hall Dining Rooms: Bistro3, Burnham, Hoekje/Bigelow, Valley I and Valley II.
In addition to the regular menu throughout the day Dining Services invites the campus community and guests to enjoy some luck of the Irish favorites at the Residence Hall Dining Rooms for St. Patrick's Day on Monday, March 17. During breakfast Corned Beef Hash will be served. For lunch try a Corned Beef Brisket Reuben Sandwich. And for dinner the traditional Irish Corned Beef and Cabbage will be available. For both lunch and dinner enjoy a Lucky Charm Parfait and Decorated Cupcakes for dessert.
