WMU dining services celebrates the flavors of Latin America. Western Michigan University Dining Services invites students, university employees and guests to a special dinner celebrating the flavors of Latin America from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 10th in the residence hall dining rooms.
The Latin inspired menu will feature a sampling of rich cultural cuisines that are found throughout South America. Menu items include steak with Chimichurri sauce (Argentina), Peruvian style roasted chicken with sweet onions (Peru), quinoa and sweet potato cakes (Peru), soup and side dishes include roasted Peruvian potatoes (Peru), cilantro lime rice (Mexico), Cuban bread (Cuba). For dessert are Dulce de Leche cheesecake bites (Argentina) and a mango mousse with raspberries (Mexico).
All guests are welcome for dinner at any of the five dining room locations on campus.
